Read what it gives you. Notice what's good, notice what's wrong. That single exercise will teach you more about what AI is - and isn't - than any article.
From there, build up. Learn to ask better questions. Learn which tasks AI is good at (rewriting, summarizing, explaining, brainstorming) and which it fumbles (anything requiring current clinical guidelines, anything requiring real numbers it doesn't have). Learn your facility's policy on AI use - most are still being written, and informed nurses are shaping them.
The nurses I worry about aren't the ones asking questions. They're the ones who've decided, quietly, that AI is for other people. It isn't.
