You do not need to code or know the vocabulary. Start with a small task, see what an AI tool produces, and learn how to check and improve it.

Learn, try, check, return

  1. Use the readiness quiz to reflect on your interests and comfort level. It is a self-reflection exercise, not an IQ test or a measurement of professional competence.
  2. Follow a seven-step starter plan and open the foundation course. The available standard plan introduces general skills; it is not written specifically for your job.
  3. Read short explanations and practice with entirely fictional information. You can work through examples on paper or in a tool you are comfortable using.
  4. Answer questions, read the feedback, and return for scheduled review. The schedule uses your previous practice responses; it cannot guarantee how much you will retain.

AI Fundamentals is free with an account. It covers what AI can and cannot do, giving clear instructions, checking invented details, and protecting private information. An account lets you save your learning progress; no credit card is required.

Useful habits, with clear limits

A useful AI answer still needs your judgment. Our examples encourage you to compare output with the supplied facts, inspect sources, and leave out personal or confidential information. Profession-related examples teach general AI skills and do not qualify you to make medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.

Practice results describe the questions you answered in that session. They are not accredited qualifications, calibrated mastery scores, or evidence of improved work performance.

How the content is being improved

The curriculum is AI-assisted and is undergoing a complete source review. Accepted corrections are versioned so new wording does not change the record of earlier answers. Separate AI-assistant checks are recorded as assistant review, not human expert approval.
